Today our senior students cooked a summer version of one of the delicious Zucchini recipes from our "Grow, Create, Celebrate" Cookbook, It was a delicious Tomato and Zucchini Slice. They used the yellow and stripy green zucchinis and tomatoes and onions that our junior students harvested from the garden. James, Hunter P and Bec created an amazing sauce from the leftovers such as the tomato Juice, tomatoes and onions. Very sustainable and innovative!
