Give a big hand to the kind gentleman who single-handedly came to St Joseph’s Community Orchard and pruned all the fruit trees and bushes. He even put them in piles so it would be easier for us to clean up the orchard and paddock. Thanks very much. Jakeb
I did the weeding and gave the weeds to the sheep. They loved it! I gave the sheep, grass and more grass. When we finished it looked great. Bree
Two weekends ago, a kind St Joseph’s parishioner came down to our community orchard to prune our fruit trees and bushes. So, last Friday LGB went down to clean the prunings up. My job was helping Hunter P pack the prunings into Ms Cooney’s ute and tying it down. It took us a bit to do but in the end I think we did a great
job. Hunter F
A Parishioner was so nice that he pruned the trees in the community gardens. So, last Friday, we cleaned the trimmings up and put them in Ms Cooney’s ute so no one would trip over them in the community gardens. Bec
James and I worked hard to pull out all the weeds in the community garden. Marcus
Last Friday the LGB class went down to the orchard to clean up all of prunings from a very kind man who had pruned all of the orchard with his bare hands. While we were down there we also did a lot of weeding and cleaning up around the garden area. We also gave the sheep one HUMONGOUS feed. Gus
If you have enjoyed the fruit and berries, please help us to maintain the Community Orchard by weeding, watering, fertilising, pruning, and harvesting when you have some time. Thankyou. Daniel
