Classroom Teacher - 2024
St Joseph’s School, Coleraine, is seeking applications from suitably qualified persons for a 12 month, (fixed term) Full-time - (FTE 1.0) position of Classroom Teacher, commencing in January 2024.
Role Description:
The successful applicant will assist the school in improving student educational outcomes with a critical focus on providing quality instruction, supported by a strong knowledge of the curriculum.
The successful applicant will be expected to have the content knowledge and pedagogical practice to meet the diverse needs of all students and will be expected to work collaboratively within diverse professional learning teams. Special Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Be able to demonstrate a commitment to the ethos of a Catholic School
- Be registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
- Be committed to ensuring the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children
- Be capable of using technology across the curriculum
- Be flexible in the delivery of quality education in a small school setting
- Be able to provide care and support for students with diverse learning needs
