Junior students got out the magnifying glasses for our Environment and Sustainability class and became Garden Detectives, using their 5 senses around the school grounds. Grace and Zara had to find the things that reminded them of Autumn; Heston had to find something in the veggie garden he hadn’t tasted before and Jasmine had to find a mini-beast and watch what it did. The beautiful drawings of what they discovered (saw, smelt, tasted, heard and touched) are displayed in the Hub.
