Our families are making some great changes to their plastic use and purchasing and it's been a very successful Plastic Free July 2020. Grade 3 student, Hannah realised that her family had more plastic at home than she thought, when she did her PLASTIC FOOTPRINT for homework. She has now helped her family start recycling all their soft plastic with REDCYCLE so that their plastic packaging doesn’t end up in landfill.
Remember, we would like all students to bring Nude Food every day in Term 3 and there will be awards for students who don’t bring any plastic in their lunch box every day in Term 3.
It’s been a great start to Nude Food Term 3 and we have so much less plastic in our REDCYCLE bins.
Our families are embracing Plastic Free July. Here’s what they’re doing:
GREAT JOB EVERYBODY - YOU ARE REALLY MAKING A DIFFERENCE BY GOING PLASTIC FREE!
