Well done to LGB, for winning first prize in the Wannon Water, ‘Grow, Water Cook’ competition with Japanese Gyoza Soup with St Jo’s Homegrown Shiitake Mushrooms and Asian Greens. Catherine Grist from Wannon Water said the local chefs, who were judges, were impressed that the students had grown most of the ingredients, including the shiitake mushrooms which we had dehydrated and rehydrated for the dish.
