WHY “NUDE FOOD” IS IMPORTANT TO US

Our senior students have shared why they think “Nude Food” is important, for a Nude Food Grant we want to win.  Here’s what they think.
Nude food is important because 

• We use less plastic and less plastic ends up in our environment (Thomas)
  
• It saves the environment, especially sea creatures such as turtles that suffer because plastic gets into their diet. (Jimmy)
  
• We need to use less plastic, so it doesn’t end up in the rivers, lakes and oceans. (Mitchell)
  
• We want to use less plastic, to save our wild life and sea life. (Connor)
  
• It helps stop plastic pollution which is bad for our environment (Marianna)
  
• There is no plastic in it (Jianna)
  
• So people don’t have to  burn plastic Polar Bears are impacted by global warming which is occurring because of air  pollution from burning plastic. (Jensen)
